Never heard that song, but to me it seems like someone who was mentally abused by another person and then want some sort of revenge.

I think it means that he is going to hurt another person worse than the way that person did it to the singer....or in another words say we have sallly and sue..sally and is the singer and sue is the person sally is talking about...what sally would be saying was that she wants to hurt and tear down sue the same way and even worse than sue did to sally
