I had a credit card with a $1500 limit. I had some 30/60 day late payments on it and it's negatively affecting my credit score. I paid it off last week ($0 balance), but the 60 days lates will still show on my credit report, right? Is it better to close the account? Or will the late payments still show up ? I know the account will stay on the report for at least 7 yrs, but what about the late payments ?

I want to record a message so when I am not on the phone people will hear my voice and not a mechanical one! After I record it asks me to press POUNDS~ WHAT IS THAT? What button do I press, b/c I don't know what POUNDS IS!

who are you to say what peoples beliefs should involve
to some .... this is their religion or part of it
just because something is different to your own beliefs , it doesnt make it any less valid does it ?

I found a Book yesterday down in the bottom of a cave near my home, and the Book clearly states that Serpents cannot open their mouths and speak Hebrew.
I suspect that this is a true Book, because the Book says that the Book is a true Book, and it says this right there in the front-pages of the Book.
What more proof could I possibly need?

I recently had an appraisal done, and I was told that the builder is making everyone's property values decrease. The Base price of my home was 230,000 at the time of my purchase. With options and 30,000 in incentives I paid 280,000 total. The base price is now 269,000, and they sold the house next door for 224,000. It has about 30,000 in upgrades, and they sold it for less than the base price, which is 271000 for that model. This seems very unethical, and it really puts me in a bad position.

i know that if i could just get past this that i would have so many books written and maybe even published! i've wanted to be an author for 10+ yrs now and keep trying to write and i'll have a great idea, then the editor and critic in me take over and start ripping it to pieces and then i get stuck and cant write anymore and wait a few months then start a new project...can anyone help please? does this happen to anyone else? or am i the only one...?

I can't hold a grudge. People do horrible things to me and minutes later I am laughing with them, forgetting to be angry. Even if I make up my mind that 'this situation deserves more than a few minutes of anger. I'm not speaking to so-and-so any more today.'- Can't do it. Even when speaking causes more trouble- "every time I speak to so-and-so today, he twists it and makes it sound like I'm _______ so I'm just gonna keep my opinions to myself.
