Okay,
I want to record a message so when I am not on the phone people will hear my voice and not a mechanical one! After I record it asks me to press POUNDS~ WHAT IS THAT? What button do I press, b/c I don't know what POUNDS IS!

ok- pound is a button on your phone: it looks like a tic tac toe board and it's usually located to the right of the 0 button, and below the 9 button. It looks like this: #.
