Well, for the most unmemorable president, I think that would describe James Buchanan. He's virtually unknown by students today (unless, of course, they are obsessed with the presidents).

William Henry Harrison comes to mind but he did not have much of a chance ,however I picked Milliard Fillmore

William Henry Harrison only ever performed one (1) official act in his term as president. Then he died. But maybe that doesn't count, because his term is memorable as the shortest one ever.
