Easy - the one with Windows XP service pack 2. Also the free one that comes with Yahoo Toolbar ios very good. You can always add sites that you want to allow popups when you visit. If you visit a site and it's not working because of the popup blocker hold the ctrl key down while clicking on the site and it will come up okay.

I use FireFox and rarely see any popups. I am pretty sure Internet Explorer has a similar feature if enabled. Now the only thing that seems to get through are AJAX type popups that overlay the page I want to see with an image. Not sure if either FF or IE have methods to block them but I don't run into them often enough to look into it yet.

IE7 now comes with a great popup blocker. Really works this time. No extra toolbar necessary.

You can download the internet browser, Mozilla Firefox. This has a pop-up blocker built into it. Unlike Internet Explorer, many harmful cookies and pop-ups are not directed to Mozilla.

Google toolbar is a good choice..
If you have a mass of pop up,
you have better scan for spyware/adware:

google toolbar does a decent job.
They'll only block popups that you don't explicitly cause, tho.
