I was hoping someone out there could give me a legal way to obtain a business' bank account number for reimbursement. We have been involved in a nine month long labor dispute and finally the descision was made in our favor. The employer niether appealed nor payed the fine to us. The Deputy Labor commissioner said that if we can get the employer's bank info, ie account, branch, and name of the bank then we would be able to be done with this whole thing a lot sooner. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances we aren't really on good terms with the employer and don't think that he would gladly hand over his info. To make matters worse we also have a small claims action pending and probably won't get paid for that either. We are also worried that there the employer will file for Bankruptcy and we won't see anything!! Help before it's too late!! This man has pretty much ruined our lives!

I am in the middle of upgrading telescopes. Right now I have a Meade ETX-80at which isn't what I hoped for. In the near furture I want to do astrophotography with my 35mm or even a DSLR when I have the money. I have done extensive research on which scope I want and I think this is the one I want. Any imput/advice would be awesome!

From my research the EPA limit for chlorine in drinming water is 4mg/L or 4parts per million. I want to know EPA's standard for the maximum amount of drinking water that can be consumed and over what time period if the water is at the maximum alowable level?
