I was hoping someone out there could give me a legal way to obtain a business' bank account number for reimbursement. We have been involved in a nine month long labor dispute and finally the descision was made in our favor. The employer niether appealed nor payed the fine to us. The Deputy Labor commissioner said that if we can get the employer's bank info, ie account, branch, and name of the bank then we would be able to be done with this whole thing a lot sooner. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances we aren't really on good terms with the employer and don't think that he would gladly hand over his info. To make matters worse we also have a small claims action pending and probably won't get paid for that either. We are also worried that there the employer will file for Bankruptcy and we won't see anything!! Help before it's too late!! This man has pretty much ruined our lives!
Thanks!!

Sorry the only way I can think of would be to have a court issue a supoena to force the company to disclose the information. You really need to discuss this with a lawyer. You can look into "Legal Aid Society" offices local to your area, they offer low-cost or pro bono services to qualified individuals.

the mandatory economic corporation account at Lloyd's is between the finest. You get a completely embossed Visa debit card so that you'll keep on-line and contained in the food market and so on. in case you go overdrawn or an instantaneous debit/status order leap and the quantity is less than £10, they write and allow you to know. No rip off £38 charge. Run the account properly for no less than 6 months and ask for an up-grade. To open the account, take the completed driving licence or passport and a software bill no more advantageous than 3 months previous into any branch. go with a branch in an upmarket section, it is going to seem more advantageous positive on your cheques plus they don't commence whingeing about piddling over spends.
