Me and my fiance are getting married in June. We are going to try to keep things cheap because we don't have a lot of extra money to spare but we would like to do something that looks nice. Does anyone have any ideas on how to cut down on costs?

Since i didn't so the oil change at the dealer, they didn't reset the light. Is there a way I can do it myself? This car automatically turns on this light as a reminder to get your oil change every 5000 (according the manual). PLEASE help, the little light is driving me crazy!

I have to design an experiment to determine how light intensity varies with wavelength, using an LDR to measure intensity. I have two questions really: 1) why do most people seem to have done this using a diffraction grating to get different wavelengths when simple filters would surely give a much more accurate single wavelength that you can determine by looking at its colour. Is there an advantage of a diffraction grating over filters that I am missing? 2) How exactly can the resistance of an LDR be converted to a value in kW/m^2 for the intensity of light hitting it? Is there an equation? Any help with these two things would be very much appreciated, especially if you are currently doing the same coursework. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I'm curious about these Killi Fish. Are these freshwater fish, and can they survive in high ph (8)? Are they easy to hatch? Are they agressive? Will pet shops (like petsmart) take the extras if I try to sell them?

I have a community tank, with -
1 corycat, 1 pleco, 2 gourami's, 2 plattys, 4 zebra danios, & 1 redtailed shark, so far...

I'm thinking about getting a setup to hatch 50 killi eggs with the hatch container setup, but I don't know the first thing about these fish! Any and all info about them would be helpful and appriciated!

I found out after we put the deposit on our reception site that my husband's sister asked him not to schedule it for that weekend because her 10 year old son usually has a baseball tournament during that week. She's peeved. He says we shouldn't change it because we don't even know if the tournament will be that week and that a wedding has precedence over baseball. We would also lose the deposit and the venue we chose isn't open any other dates this summer. None of her family is actually in the wedding, but they are all invited

My son turned 2 weeks old on saturday and I am trying to breatfeed him. He sucks so hard he has worn a blister on his upper lip and has caused me a great deal of pain. I have been pumping on the times that he is not breastfeeding and I am getting so discouraged because of the pain taht I think I want to just give him a bottle from now on. I have tried all the ointments and creams and nothing seems to be helping. When I asked my lactation consultant about it she said he was latching properly and that some babies suck harder tahn others. Anyone have any advice for me?????

It's a great old century home that, unfortunately, has become the eyesore of the neighborhood and is bringing down neighboring property values. I considered offering to help him scrape and paint his house this summer, but I don't want to seem intrusive. Any ideas on how to approach this? He's a nice guy, so I don't want to offend him.

I have some very specific questions about Climate change. Basically I have read lots and lots around this subject and found a number of very opposing views on certain topics.

1. The oceans are warming, but the oceans are massive bodies of water. Surely to heat these would take many many years, also would increases in geological activity not have an impact on this.
2. Solar activity is increasing, would this not have more of an impact on climate than CO2 or Water Vapour.
3. CO2 emitted by humans is much less than that released by Oceans, Volcanoes, Fires, Animals, Vegetation
4. Extreme Weather, given that air currents are a source of weather phenomena and air movements are caused by temperature variations. Then surely by global temperatures becoming more similar these would decrease.
5. The percieved sides in the climate debate are worth billions. Surely this has a part to play in the arguements.
What are we all to think about this.
