Too easy, get that belt off of Cena, and let more deserving wrestlers who actually have talent have a shot at being the top guy in the federation.
Get rid of nowhere and deadbeat storylines..etc...The boogeyman, gregory helms, val venis, viscera, basically all the jobbers.
Bring back womens wrestling, and get rid of all this diva crap, The glory days of women wrestling, is long over and forgotten, it's all about who has the biggest set of boobs, and longest legs. All fine eye candy don't get me wrong, but I watch it for the wrestling and storylines. So all the women who CAN'T wrestle would be fired.
And last but not least, I would make the wrestlers more people friendly in public, some of them stay in character even in public and thats not good for Public Relations. Fans come first, they are the ones who pay our bills

Well first off i would make a change to the women division i would put the whole thing on hold first and i would have the women go and train really hard then i would have a round robin torntament to crown a new champion. Then i wouldn't get rid of anybody because that would be silly. Everybody answers are just about the same fire cena no u don't fire cena
or anybody else for that matter only fire the ones that are not doing anything to improve themselves but don't fire your big people cause all that will do is set TNA with good talent and then they would run u out of business. I would not nor every hand anybody any of the belts. They have to earn evey shot. my biggest thing would be to kill egos. I am a traditional wrestling fan so i believe if u want something u go out every week and prove it to the fans and to me and the guys in the back that u mean business. My wwe is all about putting respect back into wrestling. No more crap. No more putting titles on people that don't deserve it like melina. I can't believe she won. Also i would bring back the old school style of ecw and i would bring back all the titles and hired new people. I would also bring back the Hardcore title and whoever is the cardcore champ would have to be on both shows to defend it. I would kill that 24 hour rule. That is no fun well i mean it was good but it was to much and anybody can for it. wwe will be great again. for raw i would redo the tag division and make it more fun i would add new tag team that make sense. But there u have it.

I would hire more cruiserweights and re-energize that division.
I would vacate the both tag titles and hold a tag tam turmoil tournament (where tag teams are selected at random) and try to bring new life to the tag team division.
Introduce a Hell in a Cell Ladder Match.
Drop ECW and spread out the cool wrestlers there to Raw and Smackdown.
Bring back the Hardcore Title and have the Hardcore Champ appear on all shows.

WWE Championship:
John Cena lose the Championship to HBK...
Carlito challenges HBK at Summer Slam...
Carlito wins the belt.
Tag Team:
Cena & HBK lose the Championship to the new tag team Kennedy and Orton...
They reign for a while until Cryme Tyme challenges them at Summer Slam..
Cryme Tyme wins.
Intercontinental:
Umaga vs. Khali
Khali completely dominates Umaga
U.S. Championship:
Jeff Hardy vs. Benoit
After a long match, Hardy comes out on top.
Heavyweight Championship:
Undertaker reigns for a while, until Kane challanges him for the belt in a casket match, Kane wins.
ECW Championship:
Lashley keeps it until Elijah Burke challenges it, these two fued and after a long match Lashley is still the champion.
Women's Championship:
Melina holds on to it until Backlash, where Ashley defeats her in a falls count anywhere.
This is how WWE would be if I owned it.

bring back Paul Heyman and let him have complete control over ECW. keep stephanie mcmahon out of creative process. bring back the hardcore title in ECW and give them also a tag team belt and TV title. make john cena start doing his freestyle raps again. those were actually good. make all diva matches either bra & panties, evening gown, or hot oil matches with an occasional bikini match thrown in for good measure. oh yeah and keep eugene OFF of tv

I would get rid of Cena and Nitro and have a battle royal to determine the new Champion. I would bring back the T.V and Tag Titles to ECW. I would also get rid of the spinner belt.

I would make sure that if a wrestler knocked out a ref it wouldn't take 15 minutes for another one to get out there and take over...
I would also make sure that there wouldn't be nicely placed chairs, garbage cans and ladders under the ring for wrestlers to use on others to win matches..

The Chicks are turning it into a sex show
so therefore its no longer family fun entertainment and the men are using the same stunts as they did 20 years ago
They need more creative characters...and funny crazy not so perfect bodily men who really are tough and not so into themselves !!!
