Last month I began excersing a lot, especially since summer is around the corner. Recently I payed for my membership at the LAfitness gym.
Walking/biking - 60 mins 3/4 x weekly.
Weight training - 30 mins 2/3 x weekly.
Swimming - 20 mins 2x weekly.
Heating room - an hour 6 x a week.
So, I was wondering what kind of meals should I prepare? I asked my aunt, she said meals that are very low in calories & fat. I'm trying to speed up my metabolism, but I need tips on how I can do so.
What should I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? And what kind of snacks should I treat intake daily? Yogurt? I'm desperate to know, lol.
