When I'm walking around or doing some tedious task (especially if I'm alone), I automatically think about things that makes me laugh. Fine, but the problem is that sometimes I'll actually laugh just thinking about silly things my dog did, or what somebody said earlier, or other stuff. I have to force myself to suppress it, and I end up twitching my mouth all weird. I have to, because it would look weird to people around, if I was walking around laughing when no one's with me, or worse, they might think I was laughing at THEM. How do I suppress my smiles and laughs without depressing myself? I hate how people think you need a reason to be amused or happy!
