i just bought a 1990 toyota corolla and one of its problems is that it doesnt want to start when its been sitting for a while. this has nothing to do with the weather, as when its 80 f outside it still wont start as long as its sat for about 6 hours. anyways, i always starts, but it takes work. i found that if you hold the key to start the engine does turn over, but does not start. if you pupmp the gas while doing so, it helps. recently i have tried to hold the key for about 5 sec. stop. wait for a second or two. then, on the second turn it starts right up. me confused. i dont know what it if. i have a major tune up: distributor, rotor, spark plugs, wires, oil change, tranny fluch, radiator flush, all the stuff. so the car likes me, it just wont start right away. i even put a fuel injector cleaner in it. the other issue, which may be related, is that the car seems to smell like gas when starting and burns gas. the mpg should be 35 and its 19. help!

I am a first year student at UCSB and have been doing the bio type major for the first couple of quarters but I have decided I do like chemistry and suck at it and want to do something in the social science department instead. Possibly a Psychology/Sociology tandem. But what I want to know is I have gotten 3 C's so far, 2 in chem, and 1 in calculus (2nd part of Calculus I raised to an A+) I want to go to law school and was wondering how much law school and other graduate schools factor in freshmen year and if I start doing well now, can I still get into a decent law school or graduate school? I'm almost 15 years old, 5'7 and 116 pounds. People tell me I'm too thin but all I see is fat. The BMI scale says I'm underweight [on the border line ofunderweight and desirable] but it says that Tom Cruise is obese, not just overweight, so I don't trust it. Anyways, all I see on my is big thighs, big hips, and fat. Am I fat or not. And if I'm not fat, is there any way to convince myself that I'm not fat? How do I lose weight???

Does anybody know any more jokes like these where you can trick a person into saying the wrong answer by tricking their brain prior to asking the question? I have heard some jokes along these lines involving what is aluminum foil made out of, what is a green house made of, what do you put in a toaster, you are the bus driver and where does a rooster lay its eggs etc but does anybody know any more of these jokes along these line?
