Post the websites to some solid demographics information about prison inmates and religion, and maybe we'll talk then.

I'm not sure where you got your statistics that most convicts are Catholic; if you wish to post them, it might be nice to post your source. If true, it's possible that it's because Cathoics are simply quite populous. Catholocism is the largest Christian sect, and Christians are the most populous religion on Earth. If criminal activity follows the population, in that no single religion is necessarily free from evil people, then Catholics as a large percentage of the population would be equally represented in prisons.

Pastor Billy says: Rick sounds like you've got a mouth full, of what I'm not sure. I see y'all met all 1.2 billion of us here Catholics boy you do get around I think I've probably only met around a couple hundred people in my entire life time sure hope you've got some statistics to back your claims tricky ricky. I talk about God alot so I guess I'm an exception to your rule oh by the way Ricky don't think we've met before so you'll have to correct those stats if you do have any.

What Catholic don't like to talk on are false biblical interpretations with false preachers who tell everyone they're going to burn in hell.

visit some of my links and get back to me again on Catholics not talking about GOD ;)

You are talking in broad generalities.

Most Catholics love to talk about God. Some will talk your ear off.

I have not seen any religious statistics about those who have been convicted of a crimes but I am sure there are plenty of Catholics.

Catholics just like all Christians are sinners trying to become more Christlike. Sometimes we fail.

With love in Christ.

I think your reference for your statement is from watching mafia-type movies. There is no relationship to real facts in your statement.

From my experience most convicts are not active in their churches, but you'd be surprised to find that there is a significant number of "born again", "saved" protestants... really.

The Catholic prisoners, for the most, are either illegal aliens or not active in their faith.

If you think "most Catholics" don't like to talk about God, you haven't looked very hard. I, for one, love to talk about God.

When it comes to Catholics in prison, did you not know that visiting and counciling those in prison is a Christian act of mercy?

Do not discount the number of in-prison Catholic conversions that have taken place because of those who visit and council prisoners.

Do you have anything to back up your claim or are you making up random questions just to try and slam Catholics?

I thought so.

Why so much anti-Catholicism? Why not just concentrate on your faith in Christ?
