Proberbs 27:14 Says as iron sharpens iron so one man sharpens another. I never liked sharpeners until recently. Sharpeners are people that tell the truth even if it hurts and the point things out where one needs to improve, sharpeners seem well sharp abrupt always pushing you to do more even when you don't like to be pushed or feel you cant go another step They also put the finger where it hurts as well. Have you ever had a "sharpnener in your life" that helped you become a better person in your journey with the Lord? How has that person helped you to do better and become more? I realize not everyone can be mercy people and encouragers and that it takes different gifts in the Body of Christ to help and minister to different people.

Well my tank is getting hotter and hotter...its really not to bad at this point but Im not sure how to keep it ok without having to get a $100.00 chiller....I have tried the baggies with the ice but my fish just bite holes in the bags.. so that is pointless if i want to keep my fish healthy... any ideas?? right now i have put a fan next to it and opened the lids and it doesnt seem to be cooling off at all...I have a really bad feeling that I am gonna lose a whole tank of fish, AGAIN!! Grrrrrrrrrr.

I would like to hold a sign in my hands, stating "My Opinion: STOP Racism at (company name)." And i would like to give out flyers to people passing by, telling them why I think that this company is guilty of racism.
Do I need to have a permission for that? I know that I cannot stand on the company ground, but is it ok to simply stand on the public pavement near the company building?
What happens if the police comes? Can they remove the sign/ myself? I don't mind getting arrested, but I would like to know, if they are allowed to do so, since I am not causing nuisance to any member of the public.

Oh, by the way. I am in London/UK. Might be important to get an answer related to the local laws...

Other people in my dept. have complained about her but, everyone else seems to have forgotten about a lil place called "Human Resources". I went and talked to someone, but now I fear retaliation. I was also told by the Human Resources that this is not their first time hearing this about her. Apparently, the high turn over rate for that dept. must be the ones who can't deal with her moodiness. It's an old movie.
