Can I have some help with this maths question as I am hopeless at maths and I can't find a good web site that explains it.

I had my finger slammed in a door. No swelling, just a bruise and bending it is painful. My husband bought me one of those metal splints w/ foam on the inside so I wouldn't move it. I don't think I broke it.... but how long would someone NORMALLY wear one of these things?

And BTW I'm one of those people that hates going to the doctor! I'm not goin to the DR over this. I would not voluntarily go ,unless I was dragged there.

I just read a story about a dog who peformed a type of heimlich manuever on his owner to dislodge an apple slice that was in her windpipe...now I'm afraid to eat! Well, not that extreme, but the story just scares me.

Are we generally safe when it comes to eating? (I was thinking that as humans we are meant to eat, so the process shouldn't pose a threat to us)

When we eat food, doesn't it always go down our esophagus to our stomach for digestion?

How can something get in the windpipe? How can we prevent that?

Can't a person still breathe at least a little even if something is in there?

I hope someone can ease my worries. =(

I have been talking to a guy from my college on the computer and phone for a couple of weeks. He is very sweet and seemed very excited to meet me. We met yesterday for the first time and he was very touchy feely (rubbing my back, holding my hand, kissing me). We left to go for a drive and on the way, he just kept asking me about what i like sexually (I thought this was weird because he's muslim and not supposed to be acting like that) I'm Christian, but am attracted to both his looks and personality, but I figured since he's muslim he wouldn't be a player. We parked somewhere and he asked to kiss me, which was fine because I wanted to kiss him, too. He then lifted my shirt and kissed my breasts and then unzipped his pants and wanted oral sex. I know this is stupid, but I did it. I like him and want him to like me. After he had an orgasm we left and he drove me back to my car and dropped me off. I haven't heard from him (and I always do)- Was I used?

I researched pictures of lenny kravitz. He straightened his hair and that was the closest ive seen to what im looking for. But that is still far off!! I have an old female cat, and two younger males. All have been fixed. But, most of the time my girl won't use the litter box. We keep it as clean & fresh as possible. But, she'll do her thing either in front of it or just off to the side, on the floor! I've sprayed the areas with vinager, & tried other household items, as a deterant; & I've even tried the pet repellants from the stores, but nothing seems to stop her. I never had much of a problem with her in the past. But now, I just don't know what to do. Does anyone have any ideas to help us?
