I feel like ive wasted all these years and through out high school till now ive never had a real relationship or talked to many girls and feel that its to late..now that im old nobodies going to want me..

Hell yeah man. U can start dating anytime. And u are probably gonna get better chicks being older too.
And screw that "nobody gonna want u" crap. That don't fly cuz u ain't even tried yet.
Set it up so u meet some chicks with the same general interests as u. Don't change your lifestyle or places u like goin, but keep your eyes open for chicks. Talk to lots of em. When one seems interested in talking to u or being with u, then maybe set up a date to do somethin.
Even if u get a "no", keep goin at it. "No's" are massive hard on a guy's ego, but u just gotta deal with it sometimes. Whatever u do, if u happen to get a "no", IMMEDIATELY go out and meet more people...don't brood over it man.

You can start dating whenever you want to, maybe the reason you haven't had a relationship is because it just wasn't' the right time for you. But if you want to start dating, then get out there and starting chatting up girl everywhere you go so that you can get your confidence up and won't freak out when you meet a girl you want to start a relationship with.

Yes it is possible. Just start talking to girls that have similar hobbies to you.
A friend of mine didn't date in high school and college because he was too into his engineering scholarship. He started dating after college and found the right woman and is very happy.

You can start dating whenever you want. You can't actually pick a date to start dating, you look for a girl who you want to be in an intimate relationship with. Then you date her.
