Why does Hotmail think my file has a virus in it?

Over a year ago, I needed to transfer some files to another computer and the easiest way to do so at the time was to email them. They were password protected Corel Wordperfect documents. Stupidly enough I sent them to my Hotmail address and deleted the originals. Well, Hotmail decided there was an "unknown virus" in the attachments and won't let me open them. It has to be because of the attachments because I can open non-protected files. So did the virus scanner get threatened because of the encryption or something? Anyway, I've kept those emails around in the hope they might change their minds about it but it hasn't happened. They're not important files, they'd just be nice to have. Anything I can do?

mp3 file converter and last.fm?

Hi, I'm trying to find a free file conversion software that will allow me to convert my mp3 file to a specific mp3 format. I need to be able to manipulate the MPEG version, (i.e MPEG-2), the frequency (specifically to 44.1 kHz) and the stereo mix (specifically to Stereo or Joint Stereo Mix). Any ideas? thanks!

does anybody else feel like this immigrant country?

why do i feel like a immigrant in my own country i travel to work on public transport and the bus is packed solid yet there are probably only about four people on the bus speaking english im not a racist and have served my country in many a location including afghanistan so why should i feel that i dont belong in the country that i love.

I found these links provided by one of the answerers.I visited them and found it to be amazingly beautiful.I thought wikipedia is the only website showing nice pics of Iran, but I was wrong! Completely exhausted but cannot fall asleep?

No, I didn't have coffee, tea, soda, chocolate, or anything that contains caffeine past 2:30 pm. I even finished all the work required for the next day. I didn't take a bath or exercise close to bedtime. Despite my feeling of complete and extreme exhaustion, I feel that my heart is beating very fast and I just can't fall sleep. It happens every night. Is it possible to be too tired to sleep?

I'am a happy married woman to the perfect guy. I have 2 great kids, the perfect life. There is a guy at work that is interested in me (he is also married),we have been great friends. He had told me that he wished that i was the girl that he had met and married. We are very interested in each other, but have never crossed the line. And will never either.
