Eh, movies don't scare me. I wish they did, I like to be scared (unless there is really something to be scared of). The closest movie that "scared" me was Night Stalker, about Richard Ramirez. It did make me paranoid when I went to sleep, all though it probably didn't help that I watched it alone in the dark right before bed!

the original "Haunting" circa 1963....black and white...no top notch special effects but scarier than any of the crap they prouce these days.
or...the original "The Shining" with Jackie in it
