I have vitamin B12 deficiency and have started getting b12 shots from my doctor - I feel better but I would prefer an oral supplement - Does any one know if oral B12 is as effective as the shot?

I have wasps all over. My kids love playing outside and I wonder if there is something I can use to keep them away ?Because I have looked for nests and havent found any. My neighbor has a huge pine tree right on the edge of my back yard are they coming from there?Any suggestions would help.

I have a 2006 Ford Fusion which I dearly love. The only problem I have had with it is the gas cap which you have to line up and snap on. Apparently I wasn't doing it right and it quite snapping on. It was ON and wouldn't come off but it wasn't tight. Ford replaced it, of course. Well, now, about 6 months later, even though I was careful it has done it again. Again the "check fuel cap" light has come on (but over a week after it stopped working). So, my question is, will it harm my vehicle or is it dangerous if I leave it like it is? It's such a hassle to take it in to the dearlership!

Well I LOVE BASKTBALL and like one of my best friends dad hes a coach for this traveling team and the are SOO GOOD! And i tried out and stuff and like we were going over plays and stuff and i got the plays and stuff then when we were scrimageing((SP?)) i like totaly forgot the plays and i think i made everyone else mess up and it was really embarssing and then i DOUBLE DRIBBLED!((SP??)) and i mean GOOD POEPLE DoNT DOUBLE DRIBBLE!And my friend wsa like its okay my dad saw you during the regular season and he thinks youve improved a lot and stuff and dont worry hell call you back and idk what to do because im so worried about it and was she just saying that to make me feel better and how can i remeber the plays when we are actually using them in a game?

My boyfriend sent me an email telling me that he is not sure he wants to continue our relaitonship, he gave me many reasons for that, one of them that he is not motivated and enthusiastic. He said he needs time and then he will call me later in the week to talk about it. I am at work and I started to cry. I am really upset and I am really afraid of loosing him. Why does he need time to think and why does he want to talk to me about it? Is he going to call me it's the end and it's over? I really hope to stay with him as I love him very much. We live in Florida and are moving back up north, where are family lives, so we can have our first child. It is both of our home towns. My fiance used to have very bad habits but since I met him has been clean and very wonderful. We aren't moving back to that town, but I'm still worried he will go back to his old friends who still smoke and he will start being a jerk like he used to be when he was younger. He says he wont but the other day he said he couldnt wait to see "so & so" again!! I want to have a good healthy family and I don't want to see it go down the drain. The move is definate, what should I do?
