remember it like this

the atomic number equals the number of protons and electrons so Ba, with atomic number z=56 will have 56 protons and 56 electrons (remember also that for an atom to remain neutral, the positive charge of the protons +e, has to be balanced by the negative charge the electrons -e)

to get the value of neutrons, take the proton number away from the mass so, the atomic mass of 130 - 56 = 74

nucleons are the total sum of protons and neutrons, they reside in the nucleus of the atom, hence the term nucleons

Atomic no.=no. of protons=no of electrons= 56

Atomic mass= Protons + neutrons
therefore,
No of neutrons= Atomic mass - protons= 130-56=74

Nucleons are stuff inside the nucleus
that is, protons and neutrons
therefore,
No of neucleons=130

atomic number = n. of protons
atomic mass= n. of protons + n. of neutrons

if it is electrically neutral then n. protons = n.electrons
