my house faces the afternoon sun and it gets hot n humid when night falls(the walls still feels warm at 8pm).any paints or colours or even ways to cool my room/house down?apart from switching on the air con.Thanks!

I was in a accident 4 months ago because of drinking and I did get in trouble with the law. I was seriously injured, lucky to be alive. Since then I haven"t drank a drop of alcohol. So am I ready for a girlfriend? She is so caring and super nice. I have never met a girl like this before.

You move, you run, we warm-up you practice, we sweat, we get tired, we have a scream like a "team on 3, 1-2-3 TEAM!!!", we had to take a physical, you have compititions aganist other schools, you technically have games.

Everytime when I see something that has to do with fall sports, it doesn't have band. When I signed up for band, the physical papers had band on the fall sports list, but it doesn't show up anymore. Why don't people consider band a sport, it has all the other things that other sports have, people consider cheer a sport.

Though other sports you need some skills and strength, in band you need a talent to do well in band, play a instrument, and oyu need strength to play drums, cause your legs need to support your body, and arms for flutes, trumpet, and others. and you to keep your horn angle straight thoughout the whole thing.

I would think band is more complicated. Why don't consider band a sport?

What do you have to do? Can you get a bachelors degree t a community college when it is your first year in college? Also, in NYC, say a person wants to work in the advertising.marketing field will it hurt a persons chances if their degree is from a community college? what if you don't have money to go to a regular type college like NYU and you don't want to get loans and what not in order to get in school and especially if you don't have the grades and don't get in? Do you think community colleges hurt chances for good employment and a good career? you don't have to go to a ivy league type school to get a successful career in NYC do you?

I have recently started swimming to try and lose some weight and generally tone up. However, due to the fact that I suffer from arthritis swimming is the only exercise I can do and the only stroke that doesn't cause me pain is the breat stroke. I have been swimming every day for about an hour. Will only using the breast stroke while swimming allow me to lose weight and also tone up?
