Anchorman...The cast in this movie is much better as a whole. Talladega is funny, but it's too long and they're trying too hard....

Anchorman was tired. It had about 15 truly hilarious moments. Whereas Talladaga nights had non-stop one liners and over the top statements almost the entire movie. I prefer the hilarious oneliner to the set up joke (which is why I like family guy). Example. The 3 minute development of the party in the pants joke in Anchorman, funny but not sidesplitting. White trash fast food grace in Taladaga? Brilliantly subtle lampooining of modern america.

Still love the Afternoon delight (reintroduced the song to almost everybody under 35), but for sheer hilarity? Clearly Taladaga.

I'm a huge Will Farrell fan and I really didn't like Talladega Nights. It had its funny moments but I would definately recommend Anchorman before I would Talladega Nights.

Well, I haven't seen Talladega Nights, but Anchorman wasn't funny at all (except for the news crew fight scene in the alley), so it set a pretty low bar for Talladega Nights to jump over.

Anchorman FTW.
I watched Talladaga Nights with my Mom (lol im 13) xD
And personally i thought it was just plain...stupid. =P
Normally i love a good comedy, but Talladaga Nights seemed different. I dunno, maybe if i acutually finish it i might like it more. (i stopped watching it after about 30 minutes) lol =P
