my house faces the afternoon sun and it gets hot n humid when night falls(the walls still feels warm at 8pm).any paints or colours or even ways to cool my room/house down?apart from switching on the air con.Thanks!

Blues and greens are cooling, especially in lighter shades.

I would go for the white, or light color...

Light colors help but natural insulation such as trees and wall insulation are your best bet.
