You know your body. It is different during pregnancy and can be way different with the next. But bottom line you know when something is not right. You may be catching a cold. Or you noticed a hormone change. Keep a log for the next few days on how you feel after you eat and when you wake. Then check it in 3 days and see if you have a pattern.
If you feel like something is very wrong call your OB.
Congrats on the begining of mommy hood. Life will now be full of questions you have no answers for.

Your probably at that stage when you are really starting to show so it might just be your tummy growing. But when your pregnant if you don't feel right or if you think something is wrong always go to your doctor. Don't listen to much to others you know your own body. If for nothing else than peace of mind. Because if something is worrying you than you will stress about it and that not good for you or your baby.

I would get to the doctor ASAP. Because there are so many things that can go wrong during the last trimester.
It would be much better to catch a problem now, when there is time to fix it or even induce early delivery, then to have a stillborn child. I've seen it happen too many times...

Could be dehydration... drink 4-6 oz of water per hour during waking hours and see if that helps.

Sounds like you're just having a "funky" day. It happens to everyone at least once even when they're not pregnant. Just rest, rest, rest. Sit back, relax, sleep, pig-out, whatever you feel like doing.
