I personally would go with a crankbait, its something you can get better and better at and can be used all year round.

I'm 18, 5'2, 120 lbs, and in fairly good shape; however, my lower stomach is never in as good shape as my upper...and it's irritating! Even when I was running 2 miles a day and doing 200 different kinds of sit ups, it would never look as good as my upper stomach.

I'm more than willing to excercise like that again, but I want results, so if anyone knows specific excercises or anything, HELP!!!

(I also wouldn't mind losing a few lbs....any tried and true diets?)

does anyone know why U never hear or see anything in the media about the people that played Dr. MCcoy, Spock, Chekov, Sulu, Scotty, Christine Chapel and of course Star Trek's Divine Diva : Nichelle Nichols :). I mean this is or was a very popular show! I know William Shatner is in the abc show Boston Legal, but I dont think he is the star of the show. He doesnt really have alot of parts in that show. He also had that game show " Show me the money" which was very short lived. I really liked that game show I was very disapointed when it ended. But its not like u ever see pics of him in mags. Hes really not in the media as much as he should be. well I guess hes not as famous as he used to be. I guess. well thanks for the info :)

Do you think it is ethical for a lawyer to sue someone and win a judgement against them, only to immediately turn around and sign this same person on as their client to sue another lawyer?

For example, person A hires lawyer A to sue person B and person B has hired lawyer B. Lawyer A is successful at trial and wins judgement against person B in the amount of $1 million dollars.

Person B has no money but Lawyer B over $5 million dollars and Lawyer A knows this. Lawyer A calls Person B and says "sign with me and I'll get your $1 million you owe Person A, plus I'll get you an additional $1 million out of lawyer B because he was ineffective as your counsel."

I have 12 beautiful Pastel portraitures and am kind of
worried about their proper care and preservation. I
have very little knowledge in this area, but have
learned not to use a fixative because the sheen and
brightness of the art is often lost. I am looking for
the most economical means to acheive a museum like

I am a nurse planning to purchase a PDA to aid me in my profession. I would like it to be compatible with various softwares designed to aid nurses at work (drug guide, nursing diagnoses, etc..). I also would like it to work efficiently and be hassle-free, since most nurses really hate to be wasting time resetting it over and over. And lastly, I hope it has a generous memory to put mp3 files for me to listen to during breaks. I have been wrecking my head browsing over the internet for advice, but I think a nurse or someone in the medical profession can give me the best advice. thanks in advance!

I started my period at age 9 and have had a normal cycle up until about age 16, when I stopped menstruating alltogether. For about 5 years after that, I had irregular periods, not getting them for up to four months at a time and usually lasting about 3-4 days with minimal cramping (severe cramping when I was menstruating normally [age 9-16].

Now for about the last 6 months, my period will last nearly a month (up to 38days) and then have no period for about two weeks, then back to month-long periods.

Anybody have, or know someone with a similar sit.? What'd she do, did it help? What do you think it could be?

Please dont tell me I should go to the Dr., I know that and I've been already. I'm not satisfied with their conclusions, so it's up to YOU, ladies of YAHOO! Thx
