I'm 18, 5'2, 120 lbs, and in fairly good shape; however, my lower stomach is never in as good shape as my upper...and it's irritating! Even when I was running 2 miles a day and doing 200 different kinds of sit ups, it would never look as good as my upper stomach.

I'm more than willing to excercise like that again, but I want results, so if anyone knows specific excercises or anything, HELP!!!

(I also wouldn't mind losing a few lbs....any tried and true diets?)

To loose weight:

1. Go 4 jogging daily in d morning.
2. Do regular exercise.
3. Hav control on diet.
4. Avoid oily junk food.
5. Increase ur activities.
6. Never undrgo dieting.

JOGGING

Daily jogging is d best thing 2 loose ur weight.
Joggin shud b early in morning, in places where therz less pollution is preffered.

Jogging has following advantages:
1. It helps 2 loose weight quickly.
2. It helps 2 maintain proper shape (figure) of d body.
3. It helps 2 increase height.
4. It keeps ur skin free of acne.
5. It also adds 2 beauty 2 d skin, u will start looking beautiful.
6. It helps in proper body functioning.
7. Makes immune system stronger so that body doesn't contract diseases easily.
N many more..............

The only route 2 permanent weight loss is a combination of exercise and diet.

Very low calorie diets or fad diets tent 2 lead 2 d yo-yo phenomenon, in which people lose weight, then quickly regain all they've lost and more. The additional weight is often even harder 2 shed.

Do running instead of jogging if u r young enough!

Best workout for lower abs that i've gotten results with is callled the bicycle. Lay on the floor (liek you would for situps) and lift just your right knee. Sit up and twist, keeping your abs firm, and touch your left elbow to your right knee. Drop your right leg, bring up your left leg, twist and touch your right elbow to your left knee, lay back down. Repeat until you can do up to 20 mins worth of them. They also say taking the dietary supplement fish oil can help, but i haven't tried it. Hope this helps.

this woman just gave u the perfect exercise. i would add to that one lying on the floor raising your feet, then u might sit on the floor and doing kinda "spring" motions with your legs and upper body. also hanging at the bar and raising your feet to your chest is also good. those are exercises for lower abs. u also can check them at www.ironmagazine.com. they have video showing those exercises.good luck

you might want to check your diet.
those lower tummy fats is called HARD FATS..is no longer the first choice of fats burned by your body.

reduce your carbo intake and do more tummy exercise.
