I'm 18, 5'2, 120 lbs, and in fairly good shape; however, my lower stomach is never in as good shape as my upper...and it's irritating! Even when I was running 2 miles a day and doing 200 different kinds of sit ups, it would never look as good as my upper stomach.
I'm more than willing to excercise like that again, but I want results, so if anyone knows specific excercises or anything, HELP!!!
(I also wouldn't mind losing a few lbs....any tried and true diets?)
