VEGETARIANS: dont you feel sorry for the plants you eat?!?
plants are alive too, just like animals.. and so why do you tolerate this cruelty to plants?

wow....that dude is retarded. We have a tooth called a Kanine, which is indeed to shearing meat. dont think i've been a plant edible that requires it to be torn and sheared. I simply love your Question. IT made me laugh, then i saw the serious dude. I'm an offical meatetarian. I will not eat plants, i save it for my prey....lol

Back to square one... Well there is somthing called as food chain where one creature consumes only what its meant to consume. humans aremeant to consume plants only, and biologiacly we are meant to do so. This is proven by the way we are designed in terms of the stomach,the teeth, nails etc.
Every life form on this planet has to eat to survive, and specific food are designed for them to consume. For example a cow eats grasswithout trying to consume the food of another species. Their brains are untouched by "reasoning". In our case its not so. When we were allhairy living in some cave, all we did was to imitate the animals. So that legacy still continues to this day when some smart guy tried to cook
the flesh and add stuff to it to make it taste good. If we were to eat meat raw we would be dead long time back coz coz of contamination anddiseases. When it comes to animals they are designed to eat even rotten meat.
Hunting carnivores like the big cats follow their reflexes. they feel hungry, they go hunt. the prey is food to them... nothing more than that.
Its the same reason why carnivores dont "feel" the pain its prey goes through. if we feel hungry imagine hunting with our bare hands,ripping it appart, tasting the blood and then consuming the left over carcass after 3 days... even if we need to hunt we need equipment. We are absolutely backwards when it comes to physical power. Mentaly we are the highest but look what that has led to... hunting with
weapons, cooking the meat, seasoning it with the best spices, preserving it in the fridge for further consuption.
Plants are a different issue. We were not alone when we were created along with the herbivores. They need to survive too. Hence - the plants. As you know plants either give off their excess food storage in the form of fruits etc, or its left to rot to regenrate. Thats why plants dont do the act of dying with blood shed and suffering in pain.
Thats why they dont have eyes for their fear and pain to be seen, thats why they dont fight back...its the same reason why they dont let out screams of agony, and the best example is regeneration. you pluck a leaf and the plant survives the loss. In terms of animals, make a small incision in the skin and see the pain it goes through... or please try it on yourself. Another example is how fast plants regrow. Considering
the fact animals need so much care and love to grow plants need nothing. Like animals they dont need a whole variety of food and exercise.
They need water, sunlight,earth and nourishment which they are capable of absorbing themselves. When it comes to animals it is "big pain, no gain" and when it comes to plants its "no pain, more gain"

Haha. The question got me to smile. And I do believe plants have feelings only they can't show it. I believe that if you cut a plant they scream. Only we humans' hearing not distinctive enough to hear it.

Congratulations! I had formed the belief that all questions regardless of their content were valid and there were no dumb questions. I still believe that but if there was a dumb question catagory in my mind this would be a winner!
