so...i found a betta I really like and i've been told I can add him (it IS a male) to my 10 gallon community tank.

Right now I have 3 fancy guppies (one male, 2 female), one male platy, one spotted cory, and one clown pleco.

has anyone had success with bettas in a similar tank set up?
please only answer if you have actually done this, i appreciate all the help, but it's one thing to say something and one thing to have actually had experience with it.

Driving is fine until the engine warms up. Then it starts running really rough. It's bad enough it sometimes dies when i sit at a stoplight. I can accelerate(roughly) and when I let off the gas it seems to run smooth for a second. I've changed the spark plugs and added fuel system cleaner to the gas. Nothing has changed. Please help.

I need to find information on corporate strategies used on employee's i.e. competition, lies, facts!. I want to find out how I am getting used so I can fight back. I know they post are scorecards so we can compete with each other but why? They don't care about us, and want to make our lives hell. I need some information on the strategies they are using against me. They don't reward hard work, what's up with that? There is no motivation to do a good job, except not to get fired(office space).
