I need to find information on corporate strategies used on employee's i.e. competition, lies, facts!. I want to find out how I am getting used so I can fight back. I know they post are scorecards so we can compete with each other but why? They don't care about us, and want to make our lives hell. I need some information on the strategies they are using against me. They don't reward hard work, what's up with that? There is no motivation to do a good job, except not to get fired(office space). I need some ammo.

There is no fighting the B.S. in a corporation. You're on a fools errand. If you want to get the B.S. out of corporation you'll have to start your own company.

I once worked at a corporation and got fed up with the non-sense and decided to conduct my own experiment. I had previously been working very hard and trying to get things done. And managing to step on a few toes of deadbeats blocking my progress. I pretty much stayed in trouble and was counciled more than a few times.

For my experiment I avoided making any decisions and only did exactly what I was told. In meetings I kept my mouth shut unless asked and when asked I agreed with who ever asked the question. I sat in my office read magazines (no internet access at that time), and listened to talk radio.

I assumed I'd be fired. Instead my boss called me to his office to compliment me on what a good job I was doing and all the compliments he was recieving from other employees about how agreeable I was. I got a nice bonus and quit my job.

There's a simple explaination for this. Its not unusual for a company with a handful of employees to have a profit margin of 25 to 30% or more. When you get up to 100's of employees you'd be lucky to make 25%. By the time a company is up to 1000's of employees they struggle to make even 10%. The larger the company the more layers of management and other non-productive cost. Then office politics have more to do with your job than producing.

Bottomline is learn to deal with it or get out. Fighting it is like well playing in traffic you'll wind up as Roadkill.

~ Do your work as unto the Lord... If you bless you superiors with a work ethic that is above reproach, what have you to fear? Those who are worried that someone is spying on them may have something to hide. Don't give them the satisfaction of letting them see you NOT doing what you ARE paid to do... do it willingly... do it to the best of your ability... do it for your Creator... Jesus Christ... after all, you were created FOR His good pleasure... you were created By Him... you are given two choices for everything you do... to do GOOD or to do EVIL... to do the proper thing... or to go against the proper custom/methods...
Where do you stand?

~ 1Th 4:11 And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;

1Cr 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

If you are not happy with your job, why not put the time and energy you are going to spend doing something they won't care about, into finding a new job.
