I have learned that I need between 12-14 grams of protein every morning to kick start my metabolism, but I dont know what foods that might be. I also learned that Protein reduces muscle damage but I dont know how much I need of that and what foods to eat. I know muscle weighs 4 times the amount of fat and I need sodium to replace what is lost through sweat and to help me with hydration. I dont know what foods with these combinations I can have. I need to know what my daily diet needs to be or consist of with what particular foods. i.e. like in the morning a scrambled egg with a banana, but the problem with that is it does not fill me up. HELP PLEASE!!

My wife asked me if I am attracted to my students (high schoolers). This is already an unfair question. I said 'no' at first, trying to keep from enduring her wrath. After a few hours I thought to myself "No. It is normal for some young girls to look attractive as well as young boys." I am not saying attractive as in wanting to physically realate to, but rather pretty or good-looking. My wife blew up! She went crazy on me and started callling me a pedophile! I understand she had many horrible experiences when she was a teenager involving older men, but I have NO interest in these girls! Incedentally, my wife is 35 but looks almost exactly the same as she did at 16. Does that make her unattractive now or unattractive then. Please advise.

My two month old is about to be Christened this weekend. We are having a pretty big gathering for this, and I know everyone will want to hold her. However, she's recently gotten over being sick and I am trying to be very careful about germs, because of her young age. I've not been taking her out this past week, encouraging her to nap more, etc. I can't move the date of the Christening because we have relatives that have already flown in, but I would like to politely put a limit on her being passed from person to person. This is so hard...I know everyone wants to hold the baby at a Christening, and rightly so!!
Is it rude of me to gently discourage this, by saying that she's just gotten over being sick and the doctor would prefer her not be passed around to many people (that's a stretch, but I thought it sounded good)? Would you be insulted if I said that to you, or does it sound reasonable? As a first time mom I worry so much about her getting sick in her first few months.

I was in a relationship where I was forced to have sex. This is how it started. When I was pregnant with my 2nd child, I absolutely hated sex, I was young and tried to please him in the beginning but then for a couple of months I stopped. Then he started forcing me, I would cry and then just try to be happy later. I was lost and confused. He would say sorry and then do it again. After this I hated sex with him, no matter how hard I tried to save out relationship, I hated it. THis went on for about 5 years of being forced to have sex. Then I left him, after breaking up and making up so many times. I was with another man becasue i thought is was me and not him. I blame myself for letting it happen to this day. Now he has changed, I admit, it has been 2 1/2 years. But he wants back in, my kids want him in their life but I am the only one who is unsure if I did this. I am considering this but I don't kno what to do.

Why are people insisting on giving their kids crazy names, or bizarre spellings of existing names?

I realize they want to be creative and unique, but do they not realize the trouble they cause for their child in their later life?

A liftetime of "how do you spell that"?

misprinted identification
annoying questions from others

PLEASE people consider this when naming your children. If you are going to name your child "Christopher", don't spell it "Kryztafer"!!!!!!

Ask ANY immigrant with an unusual name the hell they go through because of it. Nobody can find them in computer systems because whoever entered it spelled it wrong. Every nametag and piece of mail they get is spelled wrong. It's a real hassle.

I have a male and female dog, which had a litter of puppies in Nov. She had an appointment to get speyed and 2 days prior she went into heat. My male dog has been going crazy and I stopped them in the middle of trying to mate, I am not sure she is pregnant or not(hoping not). He is still going crazy and I was hoping it was because she is not impregnated. If they get stuck does that mean she is pregnant.
