Any shops selling cards, because you wouldn't find a shop selling only cards for female vicar, not enough of them about to generate enough business. You can always write a special message more apt for giving to a female vicar.

I would take one of the popular Photo programs, that come along with a digital camera, and create one! Adobe and CORELdraw are others that have templates for designing a custom greeting card!
Then, jot down all the points about this person that you enjoy about them.
Place some names of institutions, schools, organizations that she is connected with.
Now start a sentence about her as if you were writing a song!
Place some of the items you noted into the verses you create! Keep it simple and as complimentary as possible!
It's surprising what you can accomplish with just a few moments and some honest, caring thoughts!
