Frosting bags?

This is weird, but how do you put the tips on the vinyl bags? I have the tips, bag, and couplers, but I can't figure it out. HELP!

The coupler go into the bag, the tips go on the outside over the couplers and you should have a plastic ring that screws over the base of the tip that holds it onto the coupler.

You slide them inside from the opposite end and then they fit tight on the smaller end of the bag.
