I just read a question asked by "Just Poor" and was left sick to my stomach by the narrow minded and ignorant answers he recieved to his question!!!! It was in regards to the Blood Diamond Conflict going on in Africa.
One guy repsonded and said that Diamonds are a girls best friend and he would gladly buy them for his wife regardless of where they came from :Basically, It doesn't affect him so why should he concern himself!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously he doesn't understand the suffering and pain that is caused to thousands of innocent families by the rebels and gang wars in Africa as a result of the mining for these Diamonds!
There's plenty of other places around the world that sell diamonds that have no involvement in this conflict!!!! Surely it wouldn't be too much hassle to buy your wifes diamonds from one of these?????????
Anyway i'm just hoping that this man doesn't really understand the conflict and is just a little ignorant as apposed to being a cold hearted selfish little man......

e.g kissing, holding hands, touching each other, sharing jokes/laughter with another girl/guy.

...she proper went off on one saying I'm insensitive and that I should support her etc etc. She even threw a mug at me! I think she needs to chill out a bit. It's better she knows she looks like a hippo in skinny jeans instead of going out in them and everyone laughing at her isn't it?
