my pc after getting shutdown gets restart.help me plzzzzzz

too bad, your computer is infected by a virus, adware or may be a spyware. if your computer has no anti-virus application your dead. try safe moding your computer and saving you important files then reformat your computer. try also system restore and restore you computer system to an earlier time. but before that try to clean the internet related stuff. like cookies, offline contents, history ...
if you do have a a antivirus its still quite useless because it is definitely out of date.

what do you want the computer to do?
It will be showing restart
change it to shutdown.
It will really shut down
