You are probably going through a period of stress. It happens sometimes. Try to relax and if you can sleep a little bit more, so your body can recuperate. If this period continues you should talk about it to your doctor.

I'm going to be honest with you, there is no real way that I or anyone else can tell you how to stop the that you are going through emotionally. I think that your are depressed and should seek help such as in the form of a friend or in the form of a professional. Right now you need someone to talk to, and open up to, so that you can explain exacatly why you are feeling this way and how to find ways to resolve it. You need the comfort of knowing someone is there for you and im sure if you confided into someone they will defiantly work with you to improve the things that have gone wrong in your life. I know your going through a lot but sitting at home crying and feeling sorry for yourself wont work, its only going to worsen the way you feel. I really do hope I helped and I hope you take my advice and everything goes well with you. Hope you you feel better :)

Here are the criteria for depression:
1. At least one of the following three abnormal moods which significantly interfered with the person's life:

b. Abnormal loss of all interest and pleasure most of the day, nearly every day, for at least 2 weeks.
c. If 18 or younger, abnormal irritable mood most of the day, nearly every day, for at least 2 weeks.
2. At least five of the following symptoms have been present during the same 2 week depressed period.
a. Abnormal depressed mood
b. Abnormal loss of all interest and pleasure
c. Appetite or weight disturbance, either:
i. Abnormal weight loss (when not dieting) or decrease in appetite.
ii.Abnormal weight gain or increase in appetite.
3. Sleep disturbance, either abnormal insomnia or abnormal hypersomnia.
4. Activity disturbance, either abnormal agitation or abnormal slowing (observable by others).
5. Abnormal fatigue or loss of energy.
6. Abnormal self-reproach or inappropriate guilt.
7. Abnormal poor concentration or indecisiveness.
8. Abnormal morbid thoughts of death (not just fear of dying) or suicide.
If you think these things apply to you then you should see a doctor. You will have a chemical imbalance in your brain and they will be able to prescribe medication to correct it.

Be happy when you can, and when you are sad just remember that saddness is a part of life but you have the power to chase it away if you want to. And the only person who can make you really happy is yourself. Others may provide times and places that can cause you to experience some happiness, but in the long run it is still you who will decide if you want to be happy.

It sounds like your suffering from the onset of depression. You should go see your Dr. and tell him of your symptoms and that way he can help you and you can start to feel like yourself again. Feeling like crying and just not yourself isn't a good way to live your life . You need to talk to a Dr.
