well anyways she feels weird saying i love you or holding hands or even kissing or hugging obviously to the second if she is to the first ...what should i make of this? she feels weird doing this in front of her family i can understand kissing or hugging but why cant i say i love you to her well i do but all i get back is yeah with a giggle and how about holding hands why does she feel weird about holding hands? what do i make of this?

Hi,

I have been in the US for the last 2 yrs, first on a F-1 and now on an H-1B visa.

I recently sold a property in India and had some capital gains which I plan to invest in another residential property there. As a result I am claiming a capital gains exemption in India.

Is there any tax liability on these capital gains in the USA? I would appreciate if you could also send me the sources for your response.

We've been friends since January, and started our relationship for all of february. She broke up with me [been two weeks]. We still talk just a little. She's been stressing alot.
