He is 20 and she JUST turned 17---and they have been dating for awhile, when she was 16... Is he a pedophile? Why hasn't he been arrested?

No, she did not JUST turn 17. She is born in August 1989. In a few months she will be 18.
By the way, he is 21 (born Feb 1986) . He isn't a pedophile. If he was, don't you think he'd be arrested a LONG time ago? Their parents, agents / publicists etc wouldn't have ever let them meet.

You need a reality check, my friend. Being a pedophile is not illegal! Look it up! Besides...she would have to be pre-pubescent for that...even if she is 17, the age of consent is 16 in most states. You probably meant to say child molester...but that would be inaccurate as well. Why don't you check out the NAMBLA website? It'll really open your eyes!

No. I don't think that constitutes him being a pedophile.....she is nearly l8 and I am sure no one would consider their dating wrong...if that were the cse, wouldn't Lisa Marie Presley's daughter, Riley and Ashlee Simpson's old boyfriend, Ryan Cabrera be considered illegal as well?
