a short and flirty little black dress. actually it depends on where your going to go, and what your going to do. if its a sweet 16 party, wear a dress, if its a night in the town, wear something fancy shmancy with high heels.

it depends what kind of party or celebration ur having. if it's something formal, just wear a pretty dress or something or if it's a casual party with friends, just wear what you wear for any other party. haha! maybe wear a crown or something to individualize urself! :))
