Wow...You're asking people to basically give you money with this question...
Let me try one that would work for you without being something *I'D* want to market myself! :-) (I'm an inventor)
To take a prior comment and run with it - How about a "LifeAlert" (I've fallen and I can't get up!) that includes a BP and Heart Rate monitor - so that if either falls to low or too high, it automatically sends a call for help?
Or...How about electrical outlets with timers on them to keep kids from playing video games beyond the times parents set?
Or...A smoke detector that sprays a HORRIBLE scent (skunk or some such!) that will wake up even those folks who sleep through loud noises (like kids)?

Try something for the elderly to help them get clothes on easier or jewelry on due to arthritis or even cooking meals. You could also do the same with helping kids figure out clothes and so forth. Good Luck.
