your pictures will not transfer only the phone book the stored song ring tone might go too I would say yes but do not get upset you want it all on your new phone yes they can do it bit they hate to take 2 hours they enter on PC,and then put it in your new phone I did this it was a b.... I left my phone and came back later all over a cat that is past on they want you money they do the work
