well anyways she feels weird saying i love you or holding hands or even kissing or hugging obviously to the second if she is to the first ...what should i make of this? she feels weird doing this in front of her family i can understand kissing or hugging but why cant i say i love you to her well i do but all i get back is yeah with a giggle and how about holding hands why does she feel weird about holding hands? what do i make of this?

What you need to do is ask her why she feels this is weird. Some people aren't very interested in public displays of affection, but if you need that, you might want to be with someone else. I would be hurt if my boyfriend didn't want to hold my hand in public. I would feel like he didn't want people to know we were together. I think this is something you both should be able to compromise on. But first I would want a valid reason beyond "feeling weird".

I, as a 15 year old girl with a boyfriend, know exacly what's going on. I truly enjoy being with him, and I rewlly like him and whatnot, but I would absolutely not kiss him or tell him I loved him in front of my friends. And the holding hands thing, she prob just doesn't like holding hands. I hate holding hands :P

i'm like this with my bf too. I'm guessing her friends have a problem with it or she feels like she's losing them by being with you all the time. Try to get her alone, away from EVERYONE...she'll be more nervous but way more comfortable with you and after she can truly be happy with you alone, you'll be happier together with other people!

everytime i used that excuse i wasnt comfortable with the man i was with..when i got with my husband(b4 we married) i had no problems with public display of affection even around my family

i guess she is not sure about her relationship with you.....
maybe she doesnt want to commit herself now....
she needs time....if you are in a hurry......look for some other girl....its hard but true
