I've taken the old driver and modem out of my system, shut down and done a cold reboot to make sure nothing shows up. I shut the system down again and install my new modem and restart the computer and I'll be danged if my system doesn't detect my old modem. It detects the new one also but installs the old one. How can it do that if it isn't even in there? Can anyone tell me why that is? My old modem is a Lucent Win Modem and my new one is a Diamond SupraPro Max PCI 56k v.92

Back when The Fresh prince of bell air was popular on tv, there was an epiosode of will and carl doing a dance to the song jambo. Where can i watch that video on the computer? It was my favorite epiosode, Please tell me!! Give me the site or something, i just want to watch that one part.

Six months ago I bought philips pc in the PC World.I had so many problems with it since,I had to do recovery about 7-8 times.They changed the motherboard and the memory,but I keep getting an error messages and blue screens.
Now I was told to call philips for recovery cd,because there was something badly installed on my hard drive.
If it still won`t help,does anybody know what I am entitled to with the manufacturers warranty,should they give me a replacement or refund?

I've gotten to hang out with this girl for sometime now and we've become pretty good friends, such as daily chatting, or texting. Anyways, she always brings up a situation where guys (many of them recently) confesses they likes her and she alway tells me she blows them off. She even goes as far as pasting her conversations in a chatbox for me to read. She has claimed that i am like a best friend to her and that she is my personal stalker. Why is she doing this?

She has on the other hand invited me to dinner and a movie. She has also rated me a 9 from a scale of 1-10 in hotness. In addition when i jokingly mentioned i would stretch my arms in theatres to make a move, she insisted she wanted to see it. When we went with a group of people on a seperate occasion, she insisted i sit next to her and that if i continued sitting in front of her i would block her view.

Everyone thinks we're a couple because we hang out a lot and when asked if we are, she always says i'm too good for her.

For my eagle project i'm am building a sitting area at the local senoir housing. Since they are old i would like a bench plan that is confertable to sit in (with a slope), a back to rest against, as well as farely high so it's easy to get up from. I would need a site that gives all dementions keeping in mind that it's relitively easy to build and not complicated.

Ok, here's the thing -- I'm 22, I work in this stockroom office, full time, making $12/hr. The office is open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. I've been working there for 2 months.

These are the typical business hours which, correct me if I'm wrong, employers usually conduct job interviews. So naturally, of course, I have to look for a job that pays more than $12 an hour if I'm gonna survive (I live in NYC, by the way), so I'm working there and looking for another job in the meantime (without them knowing about it, of course). Don't get me wrong, I like where I am and what I do there, but like and love aren't going to pay the rent and bills.

So what do you do when the only time an employer can interview you is during the hours you work? Imagine you put your resume on Monster and you get, for instance, 1 interview a week. What am I gonna do? Make up an excuse for why I can't come to my present job each week? I already had to do that once last week, so far that is. I told them I had to take my mother, who has alzheimers, for her physical check up since she obviously can't go by herself, that worked but I can't keep trying to make something up every week.

Heck, I can't even tell them the truth "Oh I got a job interview so I can't come to work today because the only time they can see me is during regular business hours which is the same time you require me to work".

It's stupid, I know, but it's also cruel. Because the employer will look at me as a traitor or something when I'm just trying to survive in the world. Traitor, ha, easy for them to say, they make WAYYYY MORRRE than $12/hr.

Well... I'm sure many of you out there work the same hours as me, probably make more than me tho I bet, but what would you do if you had to go to a job interview in this situation?

My name is Sara Yates. Well had a brother until last year. His name was Max. He was 15. Max had dark brown hair that flipped out at the ends, blue eyes and he was very strong. I’m 12 and I have medium dark brown hair and brown eyes. You might say that we look like twins but I am adopted and so is he. His parents live in Minnesota but mine I don’t even know. My parents said I could look for them on my 18th birthday.
It all happened at the State meet at the University of Minnesota.
We were both on the YMCA Tidal Waves, I was the swimmer and he was the diver. Max was so excited to go off the high board. The high board is the highest board in the building, about forty-five feet high. I could never do that I can go off the 20 foot one but not the high board. I looked over to the divers, all girls. That’s probably why he wanted to be on the dive team, the girls.
