i think it depends on maturity...not age.

age is wat ur mind makes u fink u r really! its a state of mind...u r as old as u feel!

maturity comes wiv experience...wat u c..wat u lived thru...wat u learned...wat u improved!

maturity and age go hand in hand. Say you wanted to leave your kid home alone for 3 hours...you wouldn't let a really mature 4 year old be alone would you? But you might let a not so mature 15 year old....

Maturity is what counts. Or youthfulness in the case of older people.

after 18 age really is just a state of mind! but to be able to achieve that you kinda need to be an adult, see age matters to a child but not to an adult! xx

yes age does matter sorry...it's reality. we live in a civilized society where adults cant mess with children like the old ages.
