ok..well i'm 13 and i'm always wearing my hair the same way [up in a pony or down] because its easy but i want something different cool and easy to do please give loads of ideas thanks a mill xx

Is this traditional for most doctors and hospitals throughout labor, and if so, what's the reason why a laboring woman cannot sip on water, or something to ease the dry mouth? I can't tolerate ice because my teeth are ridiculously sensitive, and I'm starting to get worried that this is going to be as bad as my first labor and delivery almost ten years ago.

Just a few years ago I used to feel so good about myself, I'll even say I was full of myself. I would turn heads everywhere I went. Ever since I met my husband 2 years, I lost it! I gained a little bit of weight which my husband tackily pointed out (even though he has gained lots of weight too), then my confidence went down, and even now when I go through the whole makeup-hair-outfit process I still don't feel good about myself anymore. Also, not to mention in 17 days I turn 30 which doesn't help to think I'm not in my 20's anymore. Plus it doesn't help my husband checks out every female with boobs that walks past him. (That never used to happen with other guys I was with before). HELP. How could this happen to a confident girl like me and what can I do? And to top it off my husband keeps saying not to worry because I'll go back to being a size 0 again soon (which at my age I know my body is not going to change back to my twenties!!!)

Atheist keep posting that Christians are against science, despite the fact that 66% of the scientists today believe in God, and 76% of the doctors believe likewise. Are atheists trying to brainwash Christians? Do Atheists want Christians not to major in science. If that is the case, then atheists are hurting the progress of mankind.

Why don't you guys just let the believing majority of scientists out there just do their jobs, just like the hundreds in the past?

Is it only me or do some of you see that the world is a cold place but care less about it and know that no matter how smart you are or how stupid you may be, the only thing that matter truly in life is to find happiness.

You can argue about philosophy and all while spending the rest of your days in circle of intellectual debate or you can say take into account that realities are but many and I should choose one that makes me happy.

Is there anything more in life then for one to be happy? Please give some thought before answering.

recently at my mom's house she buried our dog of 14 yrs, and a gerbil of 3 yrs. My mother has taken it pretty hard, what should I do? I would like to get her a new pet but she is adamant about not doing that, so I won't. She won't let anyone take the gerbil cage out and the dog food is still on the kitchen floor. I know she needs to grieve, but what should I do?
