No (giggle).

You take ground beef, and add uncooked rice. Mix it together, form into little bundles of joy, and wrap cooked cabbage leaves around them. Simmer the piggies in a pot of tomato soup. Yum!

It's also sausage wrapped in a pancake, and everyone knows sausage isn't made from pigs.

Hot dog wrapped in a crescent roll and then baked, or you could use sausage.
