If there are any pipe bands in Bay Village, the Cleveland pipe bands will know. While there may be some places doing it, I've never seen any place renting bagpipes.

The only place I know in Ohio would possibly be The College
of Wooster--The Fighting Scots band plays the pipes--Good Luck.!!
