A friend of mine is struggling with her weight. She is currently eating healthfully... but (according to her) as soon as she is alone (no witnesses is how she put it) she eats and eats and eats and eats. Then she feels like crap for sabotaging herself. Can you point me in some sort of direction? I have no idea where to begin, what to say, or where to find information. I've struggled with my weight, which is why I think she came to talk to me, but this is outside of my experience.
