Out of your list would have to be Bruce Lee, but some others i think who belong on your list is Jet Li who was a national karate champ before he got into acting and Tony Jaa who studied Muay Thai before starring in ong bak and the protector.

He also created his own style, and he is a power house, a champion power lifter and body builder.
Additional: Ok you guys are really funny. Blolo lost his fights in the movies so that's why he would lose to Bruce Lee... LMAO. Bruce Lee only ever won a fight in his movies because he was the star and he has never fought in any competition and that is a fact. Nor has he fought in street fights as someone else stated... And voting for one because you don't know who the other is... Bolo is the guy from Bloodsport the bad guy who Van Damme beats in the end as well as as double impact. He's also in a few Bruce Lee movies... And many Kung Fu movies ranging from the 60's to present.

I am going with Bruce Lee. He created his own martial art form, Jeet Kune Do, and has been in training all of his life. Not to mention he can win a fight without fighting, too. Jackie Chan is talented as well, but compared to a extremely trained and skilled martial artist as Bruce Lee I do not see Jackie Chan making it. I do not know who Bolo Yeung is, I might of seen him, but nothing coming to mind so I cannot say about him. But I am still going with Bruce Lee, being highly disciplined and trained is always a key to a successful fight.

Well, since all are only actors and not REAL fighters, I would have to say Bruce Lee simply due to the fact that he actually had some REAL street fights early on in his life.
