The main website will not give me any information on the actual creation, as in when, why, who... etc.
The only "information" I've been able to find was via wikipedia... and I just don't know if I trust it.

we bought one for my daughter and the web sights are on the box, they are service.fisher-price.com and you can look up the sesame street website as well,it is www.sesameworkshop.org=====l hope this helps

write the toy company, and keep writing them, and if you can just take it back and get another one, if it did not come with the information.
