i think my brother has two sets!! he is 1 year old and had all his teeth before his birthday but kept on teething.

Yes, my brother had 2 rows of baby teeth on the bottom in the front when he was a kid. It created quite a mess, he had to have many pulled and needed braces.

I had two sets, but now I only have one since the second ones pushed out the first ones. It made my teeth crooked though, so now I'm getting braces.

Yes. I had an extra tooth that had to be pulled. This sort of thing tends to run in families. My father had the same extra tooth and so did a couple cousins on that side.
Your parents may want to take him to a dentist and have his jaws xrayed to see whats going on in there.

My sister has two rows of teeth on the top. Her adult teeth didnt push her milk teeth out so they have just grow alongside each other! Was really painful when she was going through her childhod biting phase! lol..
